Quick start

N78-Ops is the public product name (Google Play, website, and this Help). You may still see n78ops in a few technical spots (package ID, folder names)—same app.

Supported release: Android 10 or newer phones and tablets via Google Play. Other experimental builds are not supported for production business use.

Guided setup (first run): On a new install, N78-Ops walks Profile → first client → first quote (quote defaults apply automatically). Before you send, read Before your first send. Full install order (including scheduling after approval): Recommended setup order.

Fast path to first send:

  1. Complete Before your first send (profile, quote defaults, client, lock, send).
  2. Open Home or the dashboard (tap the house icon when you’re elsewhere).
  3. Clients → add a person (phone for text; email for mail).
  4. Open their quote, add line items, tap save (disk) when shown.
  5. Lock (closed padlock), then send (Text, Email quote, or Share PDF).

After the customer accepts (later):

  1. Mark Approved on the quote.
  2. Set work week & hours under Settings → Scheduling if not done yet (Work week & business hours).
  3. Schedule → pick a workday → review Selected timeAccept. See Booking a job on the calendar.
  4. Today for pipeline and next steps; mark Paid when money clears outside the app.

Getting paid: N78-Ops does not run card payments inside the app. See Collecting payment and Payment milestones & due dates (Premium milestones).
