Settings quick reference

N78-Ops on Google Play targets Android 10+ phones and tablets. On-device storage paths use the lowercase n78ops folder name—same app.

From the dashboard, open Settings under System (gear icon). Here is what each Settings label opens:

• Profile — contact name, phone, and email are required for setup and professional handoffs; full address and business name are optional until you need them. Optional client booking link (included in smart quote texts when set). Choose which identity and legal fields print on quotes under the On quote toggles here. Security card holds your master password. Copy me on client texts and emails (default off) BCCs your profile email on client mail handoffs and adds your business phone on client SMS when enabled—see Copy me on client texts and emails. Quote document layout, payment methods on quotes, and Hosted quote and invoice links in email live under Settings → Quote & invoice options. On Settings → Business profile, tap the ? beside the Business profile title for edit/save, required-field legend, and section tips.
• Finance (Pro or Premium) or Tax & pricing (Basic) — sales tax, federal reserve, discounts, default payment terms, down payment, cash-style amounts, and default new-quote line pricing. On Pro and Premier, mileage rate and mileage tracking settings appear here (Basic has no mileage). See Mileage tracking by plan.
• Appearance — dark/light, text size, 12-hour vs 24-hour clock, locked plan previews, and bottom navigation options. Help → Theme & appearance and Show locked plan previews.
• Locale & formats — currency (three-letter code like USD), short date format, calendar week starts Sunday or Monday. Help → Locale & formats.
• Scheduling — work days and hours, lunch, buffers, trip default, day-sheet time picker with open-slot seeding, device calendar read for conflicts, Add schedules to device calendar (default off), personal calendar phrases, and optional Assisted action bar. Help → Work week & business hours and Schedule calendar colors.
• Quote & invoice options — invoice numbering (first invoice #, default 1100), quote & invoice document options, payment methods on quotes, Hosted quote and invoice links in email (off by default), quote validity, auto-follow-up, draft quote reminder, and declared quote priority strategy. Tap ? on the title row for the overview.
• Secure (Pro or Premium) or Data & backups (Basic) — backup reminder, privacy keywords, Backup & data settings (factory reset), and Data & files (Backup, Import backup, CSV export, Restore).
• Plan & subscription — your tier on this device; Help → Plan & subscription and Plan limits: active quotes & clients.
• Accountant Data (dashboard) — QuickBooks export settings (Pro+).
• Help & feedback — on the main Settings grid. Pick Help, Bug report, or Feature request, type in Your message, then Send request to open your mail app with a support draft—not for changing settings or browsing Help topics. Read articles (including Default Settings) from Dashboard → Help.
