Reporting bugs or getting help
If you encounter a problem, open Settings → Help & feedback on the main grid—not Dashboard → Help, which is where you browse articles like Default Settings. Choose Help, Bug report, or Feature request. Type your question or details in Your message (large box at the top), confirm Contact info, then tap Send request. Your mail app opens with a draft that includes a SETTINGS_FOR_SUPPORT block (app version, device, plan tier, aggregate counts—clients, quotes, invoice-sent, tasks—no names or line items, and non-identifying preferences). Optional extended diagnostics (data key list only) appear on stress1000 builds when you check the box.
