Open Settings → Plan & subscription to see your Basic, Pro, or Premier tier on this device.

An active quote is any quote that is not archived on a client that is not archived.

An active client is any client profile that is not archived.

Only non-archived quotes on non-archived clients count toward your plan — including drafts and open pipeline work. Mark jobs Paid (or Refunded) before Archive quote, or archive the client to clear several slots at once.
