Plan limits: active quotes & clients
Plan limits count active clients and active quotes on this device. Archived records stay in your registry and backups but do not count toward your cap.
What is an active quote?
• An active quote is a quote that is not archived, on a client profile that is not archived.
• Every stage counts while it is not archived — draft, locked, sent, approved, invoiced, unpaid, or paid.
• Archived quotes do not count, even if you turn on Show archive and empty quotes to view them in lists.
• Archiving a client archives every quote on that profile; those quotes stop counting immediately.
• Editing an existing quote at your cap is allowed. Creating a new quote or restoring an archived quote is blocked until you are under the cap or upgrade.
How to free an active-quote slot
• Archive a settled quote — mark Paid (or Refunded), then use Archive quote on the quote editor.
• Delete an early draft — quotes that are still draft or locked only (before send) can be deleted instead of archived.
• Archive the whole client — ⋮ → Archive client on the profile archives that person and every quote on it (records stay on the device).
What is an active client?
• An active client is a client or lead profile that is not archived.
• Archiving a client removes that profile and its quotes from active counts.
Current caps (Google Play)
• Basic (free): 25 active clients, 20 active quotes
• Pro: 75 active clients, 60 active quotes
• Premier: unlimited active clients and active quotes
Dashboard totals and reports ignore archived records. See Settings → Plan & subscription for your tier.
