Open Settings → Locale & formats.

Currency (ISO code)
Three-letter ISO code (default USD). Symbols follow your device locale; invalid codes fall back to USD.

Short date format
Quotes, expenses list, and similar screens. Options include system default, MM/dd/yyyy, yyyy-MM-dd, and dd/MM/yyyy.

Calendar week starts on (Sunday / Monday)
First column in the schedule month grid. Matches the first column on Schedule.

Cash-style amount display and New quote line prices (tax-inclusive vs tax-exclusive) live under Settings → Tax & pricing (Basic) or Finance (Pro/Premier)—not on this screen.
