V2 multi-store upgrade

Version 2 will be a paid upgrade that adds Google Play and Apple App Store workflows in the same App Publishing Assistant project folder.

Pricing model (one-time or subscription) will be announced before V2 ships. Early V1 users may receive loyalty consideration — policy TBD.

V2 still prepares listing data; direct store API submission remains a later roadmap item.
