Choosing your sign-in email

Microsoft ties your developer account to the Microsoft account or work account you use at enrollment. You cannot swap that sign-in email afterward — you would need a new developer account.

Contact email on your profile can be updated in Partner Center settings, but that is separate from sign-in. N78-APA warns you before enrollment so you pick an address you will keep.
