Workflow helpers

N78-Ops includes built-in support so quotes and jobs move forward instead of stalling. Read Stay focused on the work first for the full picture of what the app handles for you.

• Schedule-aware workflow — Settings → Scheduling: work days, hours, buffers, trip defaults, and Quotes & automation (follow-up, draft reminder, validity).
• Repeating visits — on Schedule, use Repeat for weekly, every-other-weekday, or monthly patterns (Repeating jobs on the calendar).
• Today hub — drafts, waiting quotes, approved work needing a date, jobs today; status, colors, and next step on every row; Deposits & milestones on Premium.
• Assisted action bar — optional one lifecycle action on Today and in the quote editor (Settings → Quotes & Today).
• Quote priority — one declared strategy on Today, Quotes, and Clients; see Quote priority strategy.
• Lock before send — Draft quotes must be locked before send-to-client paths.
• Copy me on customer comms — Settings → Profile (Copy me on customer texts and emails).

Then open Quick start for the shortest path from client → quote → schedule → done.
