Troubleshooting: Quote sending

Email opens but delivery looks wrong — see Troubleshooting: Email quote delivery (view link vs PDF).

If a quote won’t send at all:
1. Ensure the client has a valid email address.
2. Check that you have an email app installed (like Gmail or Outlook).
3. Verify your internet connection when you expect a hosted view link (PDF fallback works offline).
4. Use the share/chooser flow to pick a different app if the default fails.
