Troubleshooting: Data & Sync

  • Vault / secure storage: Use Unlock with biometrics or your verification flow. Restore from a backup file may ask for your master password.
  • Missing files: Ensure you haven't moved or renamed app data folders used for portable backups (Settings → Data & backups on Basic, Settings → Secure → Data & files on Pro or Premium).
