Today: next steps per quote

The Today hub is where open quote work is easiest to scan: drafts to finish, quotes waiting on the customer, approved jobs that still need a calendar date, and anything scheduled for today.

• Each row shows the same status colors as elsewhere in the app, plus a short next-step line (for example Finalize and Lock Quote, Waiting for approval, Schedule the client's job, Collect Payment) driven from that quote’s lifecycle.
• Deposits & milestones (Premium) — open deposit or milestone payments with due timing; overdue rows are highlighted. See Payment milestones & due dates.
• The optional assisted action bar (Settings → Quotes & Today) adds one high-priority lifecycle button on Today and inside the quote editor when you want a single-tap shortcut. The same settings page’s title-row ? summarizes what Quotes & Today covers.
