Reporting bugs or getting help

If you encounter a problem, open SettingsHelp & feedback on the main grid. Choose Help, Bug report, or Feature request so we get the right form. The email draft adds a SETTINGS_FOR_SUPPORT block with app version, device, plan tier, aggregate counts (clients, quotes, invoice-sent, tasks—no names or line items), and non-identifying preferences. Optional extended diagnostics (data key list only) appear on engineer builds when you check the box. Include a reachable email so we can follow up.
