Quote status & colors

Quotes change color based on their progress:

• Gray (Draft): Not yet locked or sent. Visible only in the client profile.
• Blue (Locked): Locked and ready to share, but not yet recorded as sent.
• Orange (Sent): Recorded as sent to the client (after email/SMS/print or another successful send handoff).
• Amber (Approved): Client has accepted the estimate.
• Blue (Scheduled): On the calendar.
• Teal cyan (Completed): The job is finished and marked as complete.
• Emerald (Paid): Payment received.
• Red (Expired): Past its validity date.
• Stone (Declined): Rejected by the client.
