Quote priority strategy

N78-Ops uses one declared priority strategy on every open-quote list: each quote gets a score, lists sort highest first, and status always beats urgency—so a high-dollar Paid row never floats above a Sent quote or a job scheduled for today.

How the score is built (in order)
1. Status tier — fixed pipeline order (urgency cannot jump past a higher tier).
2. Urgency within that status — age, follow-up overdue, approved waiting for a date, job today / start time, etc.
3. Tie-break — quote total adds a small bump only among peers in the same tier.

Status order (highest → lowest)

Archived quotes always sort last.

Urgency within each status (plain rules)
Draft — older drafts rank higher; after Draft quote reminder days, stale-draft urgency jumps.
Locked — older locked estimates rank higher among Locked rows.
Sent and Expired — a quote changed after send ranks near the top of its tier; after Auto-follow-up days, age adds follow-up urgency.
Approved — longer without a calendar date ranks higher (book from the quote or Calendar).
Scheduledtoday’s job ranks highest; nearer start time today ranks higher; overdue dates rank above far-future dates.
Invoice sent, Completed, Paid, Declined — minimal urgency so close-out work stays below active pipeline.

Where this strategy applies
Today (rows inside each section), Quotes, Clients (by each client’s hottest quote), each client profile quote list, and open quote from the quote builder—all use the same score.

Today section order
Blocks (Jobs scheduled for today, Approved — schedule next, Waiting on customer, Estimate drafts) reorder by whichever section contains the highest-scoring quote right now. Rows inside a block still sort by score.

Scheduling vs priority
Settings → Scheduling (work week, hours, buffers, trip time) decides when you can book. This strategy decides what to touch first.

Tune urgency: Settings → Scheduling → Quotes & automationAuto-follow-up, Draft quote reminder, Quote validity.
