Icon guide (toolbar & common actions)

Below the legend, each icon matches the same shapes you see in the app’s toolbars. Your phone may also read these aloud when spoken feedback is on.

Edit & save

• Pencil — Edit: turn on editing for that screen (for example client profile, Settings → Profile, or an item catalog row).
• Floppy disk / save — Save changes: on a quote, it appears only when something changed; tap it to write to disk. On profiles, it saves and switches back to view-only. In dialogs (expenses, catalog item), it confirms and saves.

Quotes

• Closed padlock — Lock quote: the estimate is sealed as Locked (blue) until a send path records it; then it shows Sent (orange).
• Open padlock — Unlock for editing when the app allows it.

Everywhere

• House — Home / dashboard (refreshes data).
• Left arrow — Back one step on the path you took.
• Plus — Add (for example new quote from a client, new catalog item).
• Calendar — Open Schedule from a client profile.
• Trash — Delete (opens a confirmation first).

Other one-off buttons may still use words (for example Cancel in a dialog). See Keyboard & navigation for dismissing the keyboard.
