Data portability (CSV Export)
In Clients, tap Export spreadsheet… (top of the list) for a normal spreadsheet export—ClientRegistry.csv (one row per client—identity, company, address, phones, email, lead fields, notes, flags, totals, quote/job-photo counts; not quote line items). N78-Ops does not import that CSV back; it is for Excel, mail, or other tools. CSV cannot restore the app—there is no Restore on spreadsheet files. New phone / full reload: Settings → Data & backups (Basic) or Settings → Secure → Data & files (Pro/Premium) → Create full backup (verified .n78bk, or legacy .zip / .json), Import if the file is not already in the list, then Restore on that row.
Password-protected Clients export uses a single .zip under documents/N78-Ops on the device, encrypted with your master password. Extract all on Windows should prompt for that password (ZipCrypto); inside is N78-Ops_ClientRegistry.csv for Excel (same layout as password-protected Data & files CSV). Plain export rewrites the fixed ClientRegistry.csv name there.
See Protecting exports & sensitive data for why exports are sensitive and habits that keep CSVs and shares safer.
