Copy me on customer texts and emails

Settings → Profile (Business profile) includes Copy me on customer texts and emails. It is off by default — turn it on when you want Cc/Bcc on customer mail and your phone on customer texts.

When on
• Email quote and other customer email handoffs BCC the business email on your profile.
• Text / SMS handoffs to clients include your business phone as a second recipient so your messaging app keeps a copy in the thread.

When off
Only the customer receives the handoff; you rely on your mail or SMS app history if you need a record later.

What this does not change
• Help & feedback, exports, and accountant packs are not BCC’d.
• You still send through your mail and messaging apps—N78-Ops prepares the message and opens the handler.

Set a valid email and phone on the same profile screen so copy-me can work.
