What’s in the beta

Public beta channel: **v0.9.0-beta2 (build 113)**. This page tracks what testers should expect on device and what changed recently.

Current beta (build 113)

• **Premium cohort:** sideload APK is sealed to the Premium plan so testers can use every feature (no locked-plan tiles on the dashboard). Google Play release will use real tiers with locked previews on Basic and Pro.
• Solo-operator dashboard: clients, quotes, schedules, and jobs on one phone screen
• Calendar-aware scheduling with personal-calendar conflict awareness
• Smart task tracking and next-step prompts per client
• Quote status at a glance: pending, approved, ready to bill
• Offline-first create and edit; optional Google sign-in and Drive backup
• Internal Settings for tax, pricing, documents, and scheduling defaults
• On-device PDF quotes and invoices; share via your mail or messaging apps
• Dark and light themes; hardware-backed encryption for sensitive items where supported

• Sideload only: download the debug APK from the IndieOps marketing page (not on Google Play yet)
• Follow the step-by-step install checklist (unknown sources, Play Protect bypass when shown)
• Send feedback through the address in the beta instructions doc

Recent changes

v0.9.0-beta2 (build 113)

• Beta APK tier: `TEST_ASSUMED_USER_TIER` = Premium (full product for testers; release stays Play tiers + locked previews)
• Marketing site: audience, FAQ, beta CTA path, and changelog page
• Continued beta hardening for scheduling and quote next-step flows

Earlier 0.9.0-beta builds

• Core quote → schedule → invoice pipeline on device
• Portable backup and export flows (JSON and password-protected ZIP)
• Play Billing hooks for future Professional / Premium tiers (not required for sideload beta)
